Being with STRATO means friendly support, affordable prices and countless options. Here’s how you transfer your current domain to STRATO:
  • Enter your current domain name into the domain checker.
  • Select the option ‘I own the domain and would like to change to STRATO’ and click on ‘Accept choice and continue’.
  • Complete the order process.
  • If you have a .co.uk or .uk domain you will receive an e-mail from STRATO with an IPS-tag. Communicate this IPS-tag to your domain registrar and ensure they change the domain tag.
  • We will do the rest!

Tips:

  • We recommend using an alternative email address to the one registered to the domain, so that we can remain in contact with you during the transfer process.
  • Make backup copies of your website before you start to transfer the domain. Once the domain is with us, you can easilyupload the existing content to the STRATO data centre.
