STRATO INTRODUCES ONLINE BACKUP TOOLS FOR WEB USERS

STRATO BackupManager and BackupControl permanently secure PC data online, without the need for extra hardware

STRATO, one of Europe’s leading web hosters introduces its new data backup solutions today – BackupManager and BackupControl. Both solutions offer all STRATO customers an easy and complete solution for instant and continuous data backup of their PC hard drive and web space content at no extra cost.

BackupManager enables the customer to backup data from the PC hard drive, while BackupControl works automatically in the background to take backup copies of the customers’ web space at regular intervals. Users are able to take backups their data with up to ten different copies and compared to traditional backup systems, such as tape, these two solutions are simpler, faster, and more flexible. They offer the customer the most competitively priced backup solution in the market.

BackupManager and BackupControl are available to customers with all the web hosting packages at STRATO. To access the solution customers need to simply log onto their web hosting package, follow the simple instructions and set up backup in a matter of minutes. With one mouse click, data can be copied and secured permanently, without the need to juggle any extra hardware and software. The larger the web hosting package used, the more storage space is available.
