What is the customer master data and how can I change it?
The customer data are all the details you provided when placing an order that are necessary for the contractual relationship – for example your name, address or bank details. If you change any of the master data, please communicate this to us.
Changes can simply be made on-line in your password-protected Customer Login.
Where can I make changes to my customer data?
You can make changes yourself online in your STRATO Customer login.
Log in using your customer number and your customer password, then either select My Account → Account information at the top‑right, or on the left Account information → Customer data and click the expandable button Customer data.
In the Customer data section you will see an overview of the currently stored master data.
Enter your desired changes in the relevant fields and confirm your entries at the bottom with Save.
The data you change via this menu are updated exclusively in our database.
If you would like these data to be updated at the responsible registry, or you wish to modify the corresponding domain holder details, you can also make those changes online in the STRATO Customer login.
Which changes can I make online?
You can independently change your login details, customer data, contact preferences and payment information online. Below the image we explain what options are available under each heading.

Which changes can only be made via customer service?
Changes to the contact person or the company name cannot be carried out online. For example, for name changes we require proof (e.g. a marriage certificate) in order to update our system. For this purpose we provide you with the “Contract Transfer” form under My Account → Contracts.
You can scan the completed form and send it to us by e‑mail.
