What can I do if I forgot the password for the customer login?
Should you happen to lose or forget your password, you have the option of creating a new password online. To do this, please go to our Homepage click on the Customer login button Customer login on the upper right edge of the screen and then on the Forgot password? link.
You will now be asked to enter your customer number and email address that you provided on STRATO. You will then receive an email containing a link with which you can create your new customer password.
Please rememberthat the link is only valid for 24 hours due to security reasons.
