How can I change the domain owner or Admin C?

We need a written and signed application to change the domain owner or Admin C.

Log into the STRATO Customer Login with your customer number (not the domain) and password. You will find the necessary form Change the domain owner in the menu itemsYour Customer Data /Contract Change. You can also use this form to change the Admin C.

Always enter all personal details for the Admin C and domain owner. Remember to enter the first name, last name and telephone number, as this information is needed to make the changes.
