How can I access the database via phpMyAdmin?

In order to be able to access the database with phpMyAdmin, simply use our web database manager. Please log in to your password-protected Customer Area. Then select the desired package in the bottom right window.

Click on the left side on the menu options Administration and Database Administration. In the main window on the right, an overview page will appear with the databases you have created.

Please click on the To the administration button next to the desired database. Now a new window will open so that you can manage your database with phpMyAdmin.

Please remember:The web address (URL) that is opened by clicking on manage may also contain your Master-ID from the package. You can therefore confirm any warning notification that may appear about the reliability of the website.
You do not have to adjust any more settings. We already preconfigured all available and permitted commands for phpMyAdmin.

You will find more information about phpMyAdmin in the web database manager by clicking on the "phpMyAdmin documentation" link.
Note: Please remember that newly created databases are currently being created in the Version MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.6. The English reference for all commands can be found here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/index.html

Please also remember that the web database manager creates a dynamic URL with a session ID that is valid for about 30 minutes. After about 30 minutes of inactivity, this URL will no longer be accessible and you will need to login again via the customer area.
