You will automatically receive an e-mail from our system when a device unknown to us logs in to your HiDrive account for the first time.
Login via Browser
We use cookies for the recognition of logins via the browser. If you call up the login page (https//my.hidrive.com) in private/incognito mode, these cookies cannot be set and you will receive a message from us that a device unknown to us has tried to log in.
Login via the apps or software
You log in with the HiDrive app. Authorisation takes place at the time when the user name / password is entered and confirmed with Login. When opening the HiDrive App, insofar as it is already authorised, no e-mail is sent in this case. However, if you have logged out again, an e-mail will be sent again when you log in again.
Login of support staff
If you have been in contact with our customer support and have given a support release, an e-mail will also be sent in this case when the employee logs in. The system message documents the access to your HiDrive and serves you for control and protection against access by unauthorised persons.
