Which costs should I expect upon termination of a contract?

If you terminate a contract with us for a domain there will be no additional costs for you. The reason for termination (deletion of the domain or provider change) is irrelevant here.

If the hosting package is not terminated, it will be billed as before and the full scope of functions will be available to you. Naturally, it will still be possible to order new domains in this package.

 

If the terminated domain is an inclusive domain from your package, a newly ordered domain will be automatically registered as an inclusive domain after the termination is completed. The package overview within your customer login informs you about the remaining quota of your inclusive domains.

 

Please understand that it is not possible to reimburse you for any amounts that have been paid in advance.
