Do you provide statistics about hits on my internet sites?
Starting with the PowerWeb Basic (2013) package, we provide you with comprehensive statistical information about the hits on your internet pages and the so-called log files as well.
For this, please log in to your password-protected Customer Service Area.
After this, select the package for which you would like statistical data collected. To do this, click in the right-hand section on the order number of the package or on the Your Package button.
Under the Statistics menu option, you will see current user statistics as well as their graphical illustration for freely selectable periods. With the help of this data, you can analyze the user behavior of your visitors, hence allowing you to optimize your website.

Log files
Log files give you the possibility to analyze hits to your website(s) in a detailed manner. The web server data for the last six weeks is provided as a ZIP archive for this purpose. The graphical statistics can be retrieved for several years. Due to data privacy reasons, the host name or the IP address of the client accessing the website will be anonymous in the log files.
Using the date picker, you can select a precise period of time for the log files.
In the Log files tab, you will also find error logs that show you the error notifications from the last 24 hours when accessing your website(s).
